Return Policy:

TurtleBay Jewelry values Customer Satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within one week of receipt. We will be glad to refund your payment for the purchase less shipping and handling fees and any damage incurred to the product not coinciding with shipping or normal, daily wear. Thank You for your business!

How to Order

In order to purchase items on our site, we require you to register. By registering with TurtleBay Jewelry, you will be able to log in and add items to your shopping cart and checkout when finished. You'll receive an automated email to verify that your order was submitted. Subsequent emails will be sent when your order is reviewed, when payment is received, and when the order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order online. Our system provides a secure messaging area. You can use this for special instructions, questions, or any other concerns you may have regarding your order. This is an ideal place to mention your wrist size, in inches, for custom pieces or altering a pre-made selection. (To take a wrist measurment, take a soft tape measure and wrap it around your wrist and OVER the bone.)

After we review your order, you'll receive an email from us with an exact amount to pay.

Please include a printed copy of your order with your payment. If you are unable to print, please write the order number on your check or money order to avoid processing delays. Make check or money order payable to Danielle Beaty.

If paying by check, please note that shipping will be delayed until your check has cleared.

Credit Card Payments:

Payments by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover) or bank accounts are gladly accepted. We also accept payments through the PayPal program. It's a secure and effective way of paying online. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be directed how to set one up directly on their website when you choose that payment option. Sales Tax:

NY residents will incur a 8.375% Sales Tax which will be added to the total.

International Orders

We appreciate your interest, however we are not accepting international orders at this time. Please check back for any changes.
